What is VISYFLOW?
VISYFLOW, the efficient way to do business, is an easy to use on-line
product ordering service that allows customers to place orders directly
into Boxstop's database via the Internet. Orders are taken electronically
from our customer’s production schedules as fast as our customers
plan their production requirements. VISYFLOW gives the customer
ownership of the order placement. The process is reliable, quick
and efficient. By enabling enhanced supply chain management, VISYFLOW
provides the customer with better supply and stock control and lower
procurement costs.
This process is revolutionising how we service our customers, and
is a paradigm shift in the front end of our business. As an innovative
e-commerce initiative development, VISYFLOW builds on the automated
processes using 3 options in order to service all its customer bases:
- Schedule to Schedule (S2S) - a sophisticated product that takes
information direct from our customers material resource planning
systems (MRP); and completely eliminates the manual order process.
- Electronic Purchase Order (EPO) - deals with discrete purchase
orders that are raised inside an integrated accounting package
and then electronically transmits them into our database.
- Web based orders using www.visyflow.com.au
- offers a direct order placement system to customers with less
sophisticated planning systems.

More than just a website, VISYFLOW extends beyond
the use of the Internet, whereby customers simply place an order.
It becomes an information resource that allows customers to streamline
their business processes.
In order to learn the system and become fluent with it, during the
initial stages web based “CART” orders are placed. Cart
orders allow for:
- Multiple products to be ordered and then delivered on the same
date
- Multiple products to be ordered and then delivered on multiple
dates
- The same product to be ordered and then delivered on multiple
dates
- The same and multiple products to be ordered and then delivered
on the same or multiple dates
Furthermore, the due dates of such purchase orders, the quantities
and the order itself can be altered to suit the live usage of the
customer subject to the lead time and production process of that
particular product. Customers are able to adjust their orders to
suit their stock levels and sales at the touch of a button. This
enables a high level of flexibility to minimise the total cost of
supply.
Customers have access to all their product specifications, artwork,
order history, and order management through the VISYFLOW system
making changes to product specification, new product request simple
and efficient. This will reduce the time required to manage the
product base giving you more time to manage your business.
